Durante questa Asana un utilizzo improprio del pettineo per mantenere la gamba sollevata provoca la flessione dell’anca, con conseguente inclinazione del bacino e rotazione della gamba verso l’interno.
Attenzione e centro di gravità sono diretti verso l’interno e verso il basso assecondando la scarica del peso.
Nella variante con le braccia alzate il baricentro è più alto quindi la difficoltà aumenta il centro di concentrazione per il mantenimento dell’equilibrio è sulla linea di tensione verticale che unisce le mani e i piedi.
